face yoga, stickers and going to the theatre
This one will be short since we are packing for a weekend trip to Lugano
We don’t have a mirror in our bedroom, so I usually use my phone to check my outfits… The weather will be 20 to 29 degrees, it might rain… it will probably be cold at night, but hot during the day… I have a love/hate relationship with packing. I also try to pack as minimal as possible, but still have enough that I can play around with different outfits… This is what I’m taking with, and I hope it wont get too cold… will either wear my flip flops or my vans…

back to my weekly tid bits…
what healed me:
I actually wanted to get a facial, but then I decided to invest in a face yoga membership instead. The price of a yearly membership is the same price of a facial. The cool thing is that I am learning quite a lot with the membership, so it is a win-win! I signed up to the Beauty Shamans.
I dont know if any of you has ever massaged your mouth? The insides of your cheeks? Usually the only time my hand is moving around the inside of my mouth is when I need to pull out a piece of food that is stuck in my tooth. So it was the first time I massaged the inside of my cheeks, and all I can say, is that it won’t be the last! I am looking forward to doing face yoga a couple times a week, just to consciously set the time aside to be with myself. Usually when I take alone - time, I am either reading, doing sports, meditating (or doom scrolling)… so this is one more thing I am adding to the me- time list!
this is it:

stickers stickers stickers. I dont know if this is part of the nostalgia trend, but I wonder why I stopped using stickers? Is it because everything became so digital? Now that I am journaling a lot, and I have an agenda, I am maxing out my sticker use. It makes everything a bit lighter, and adds play to the mundane.
kids stuff:

Going to the theatre. I went to watch a show called Bachibouzouk and I am still in awe. What struck me the most, is how the artists were able to create different worlds, and so much beauty with a big piece of plastic, wind, light and music. It was an emotional roller coaster, we laughed, we were scared, I almost shed a tear, we watched in amazement, and we all left with the biggest grin on our faces. I need to start supporting creatives more.
as always,
with much love
